We all know that wealth is far more than financial gain.
But in the frantic roller coaster of daily life, its far too easy to lose sight of those critical non-financial aspects that enrich our lives in other ways – and require careful, positive tending. That’s why we created Health is Wealth.
Now in its 9th season, this 3-hour urban retreat is a rare opportunity to do just that. It’s a chance to take some time for yourself and reconnect with the other critical areas of wellbeing (Physical, Emotional, Spiritual, Environmental, Intellectual, Occupational and Social) that all too often get pushed to one side.
It’s also a lot of fun – and our morning Health is Wealth sessions are FREE.
But places book out early. The size of the deck and the popularity of the event means that places are strictly limited.
The morning session is typically followed by a very special afternoon session that is a must-attend for dancers and those interested in human movement.
Get in touch with the 7 Dimensions of Wellness over three hours on a weekend morning. Bring your sass and join us in an amazing venue surrounded by like minded active individuals.
You’ll enjoy a day with some guided movement, talks, demonstrations and active learning alongside our workshops. Short workshops run throughout half the day covering different aspects of health including:- yoga- social wellbeing- dancing- confidence coaching- new health trends- workouts- work ad life balance.
Health is Wealth will provide a limited few an opportunity to revitalise themselves and discover the true meaning of ‘Wellness’.
